The FASS Committee on Instructional Faculty and Academic Support will continue to address issues of equity, inclusion and belonging, compensation, phased retirement, and professional development for instructional faculty. In the Spring 2022, we plan to conduct a survey on the status, pay, and conditions of instructional faculty in FAS, to follow-up on the original survey from 2016-17.
