The FASS Committee on Diversity monitors the university’s efforts and progress on matters of faculty diversity, equity, and campus climate. In 2019-20 the committee is planning plan a campus-wide meeting of chairs and diversity officers to discuss common challenges and best practices. The committee will also be working closely with Deputy Dean of Diversity and Faculty Development Larry Gladney to work with specific departments and programs in developing their diversity plans.
